Έμεινα απόλυτα ευχαριστημένη από τη διαμονή μου στο Infinity city boutique hotel! Το ξενοδοχείο είναι άνετο, μοντέρνο, καθαρό και ζεστό. Έμεινα σε δίκλινο δωμάτιο, μόνη μου, αλλά και 2 άτομα να έμεναν θα ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρο και δεν θα υπήρχε δυσκολία με τα πράγματα, γιατί υπήρχε πολύς χώρος. Δεν βρήκα καμία ατέλεια από το ταβάνι μέχρι το πάτωμα, όλα ήταν πολύ καλά φτιαγμένα και περιποιημένα. Προσωπικά είχε το αγαπημένο μου στυλ νοοτροπίας και διακόσμησης, με γήινα και απαλά χρώματα. Όλα ήταν πεντακάθαρα, τουαλέτα, κρεβάτι, πετσέτες (οι οποίες ήταν και απίστευτα απαλές) και γενικά όλο το δωμάτιο μύριζε υπέροχα. Το δωμάτιο είχε όλα όσα χρειάστηκα για τη διαμονή μου και ήταν ήσυχο. Αυτό που μου άρεσε ήταν ότι αν και μοντέρνο και σύγχρονο δεν ήταν σύνθετο π.χ. στο χειρισμό στα φωτα. Είχε και το μπαλκονακι του για να πάρει κανείς τον αέρα του! Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο και πολύ γευστικό. Όλο το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενεστατο και πολύ εξυπηρετικό! Και όλα αυτά σε μια απίστευτη τιμή! Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε απόσταση περπατηματος (λιγότερο από 7 λεπτά) από την κεντρική αγορά η πλατεία του Ηρακλείου. Επίσης ήταν ιδιαίτερα θετικό το γεγονός ότι υπήρχε σε απόσταση 3 λεπτών μεγάλο σούπερ μάρκετ. Θα χαρώ πολύ να ξανά μείνω και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Όλα πολύ προσεγμένα, καθαριότητα, εύκολο check in. Τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ άνετα, κοιμηθήκαμε πολύ καλά. Ωραίο πρωινό, εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό.

Πολύ όμορφο και cosy ξενοδοχείο, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο με πολύ γούστο. Τα δωμάτια άνετα, καλό πρωινό και το προσωπικό ευδιάθετο, χαμογελαστό και εξυπηρετικό. Η τοποθεσία του ιδανική και η τιμή του σούπερ. Τέλεια επιλογή και την προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

very comfortable room, simple and pleasant room

The room we got on the 2nd floor was pretty, but very small for two, and didn't have much of a view. However for one night it wasn't really an issue. Great location, away from the noise, but at 5 minutes walk you are in the city centre, plenty of restaurants, entertainment, and for those of you that love shopping this is definitely the place to be. The port, cathedral, park, all at walking distance. The Reception staff amazing customer service, and so welcoming, 🙏 Mikeilis we will never forget you! 🙌 Last but not least, smooth and well priced taxi service to the airport.

Şehir merkezinin hemen dibinde, her yere yakin, kalabalık ve gürültüden de hayli uzak aile oteli. Resepsiyonda çalışan Mike bize çok yardımcı oldu kendisine ve ekibine çok teşekkür ederiz.

Questo hotel si trova al centro della città vicino a tutte le attrazioni, pulito ordinato e con personale molto gentile, le stanze sono fornite di tutto l’occorrente , il bagno era pulito e fornito di tutte le utilità La colazione abbastanza abbondante e variegata con frutta e verdura A due passi dal centro

Jolie chambre moderne et cosi, matelas très confortable, place dans la salle de bain pour poser ses affaires. Petit déjeuner diversifié et complet délicieux. Le personnel est adorable et souriant

Bonne situation géographique plein centre d'heraklion,suite 3 personnes avec balcon,douche agréable,le personnel est sympathique et professionnel, petit déjeuner copieux,bonne literie et propreté,seul bémol l'insorisation à l'intérieur de l'hôtel

Hôtel bien placé. Super petit déjeuner. Douche bien mais petite. Réception pas disponible 24h/24, compliqué quand un vol arrive à 23h. Obligé de téléphoner pour pouvoir avoir un code pour avoir la clé.

Great location not far from city center walking distance and from the sea promenade. Great Service Although my early request for no dairy products in breakfast somehow did not come true on time, the shift manager (Michas ?❣️) rushed himself to fetch some products !! Which made second morning breakfast wonderful. When we had to rush to the bus another Niki shift manager finished working and offered us a ride to the bus station !!! In the whole was a good value for money

Μείναμε 3 μέρες με τον άντρα μου και την κόρη μου για να βρούμε σπίτι στο Ηράκλειο. Ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί όλοι! Ιδιαίτερα ο Μιχάλης μας βοήθησε πολύ και ήταν πάντα χαμογελαστός και πρόθυμος να μας λύσει όλες τις απορίες. Η κοπέλα στα πρωινά ήταν πολύ καλή επίσης καθώς και όλο το προσωπικό. Πολύ καθαρό ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο της πόλης! Θα ξαναβρεθούμε σίγουρα! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

the staff was really nice and gave us a lot of advices and recommendations! we had a really good stay at infinity hotel. the location is good, in the center of Heraklion, kinda hard to park close to the hotel but not impossible. the room was big and clean

Pros: great receptionists, very helpful and really nice people good breakfast, they even had some vegan and gluten-free options for me, also fresh fruit. They do ask about your diet preferences at check in, which is great! I also appreciated soy milk with 0 sugar. they have books at the reception you could read/exchange the rooms are nice and have everything important for a short stay air con for heating can be used in the room in winter good location, close to the ferry, bus station and city centre very clean good vegan toiletries in the rooms (shampoo, gel and hand wash without chemicals) very responsive to Booking messages a weighing scale and fridge in the room free wifi Cons: in my room I could hear everything what other guests and cleaning ladies were doing in the rooms around me (talking, moving in bed, their air con, walking in the room, opening and closing the balcony, cleaning, moving chairs, really everything). Most people might be ok with that but I can hear very strong and it was bothering me, mostly in the morning and at night. wifi sometimes worked well, other times it was very slow, almost non-existent in my room when taking a shower, there was no hot water after a few minutes and I had to wait a while until I got warm water again

Lovely rooms, lovely staff, great breakfast, and competitively priced. I was completing a bike tour and they let me leave my bicycle box and bags in storage and organised a transfer from the airport. Just a really nice atmosphere and a lovely place to stay.

Ενα αξιοπρεπέστατο ξενοδοχείο . Κοντά στο κέντρο και στο λιμάνι . Σχετικά σε ήσυχη γειτονιά . Καλό πρωινό με αρκετές επιλογές . ΠΟΛΥ ΚΑΘΑΡΟ .ΤΑ δωμάτια μας καθαρίζονταν καθημερινά ! Εχει ασανσέρ που μας βόλεψε πάρα πολύ γιατί είχαμε μωρό με καρότσι . Στα αρνητικά θα έβαζα την κακή ηχομόνωση .. και θα πρέπει να ΕΠΙΒΑΛΟΥΝ τις ΩΡΕΣ ΚΟΙΝΗΣ ΗΣΥΧΙΑΣ τουλάχιστον με κάποιο τρόπο . Δεν γίνεται να θέλουμε να ξεκουράσουμε 4 το χάραμα με μωρό παιδί στο δωμάτιο και να αντί να ενοχλούμε να μας ενοχλούν οι δίπλα … δεν φταίει φυσικά το ξενοδοχείο εδώ απλά θα πρέπει να επιβληθεί με κάποιο τρόπο για να μη γίνονται και παρξηγησεις με τους πελάτες . Θα το ξανά προτιμούσα σίγουρα σε επόμενη επίσκεψη μου στο νησί !

Odalar büyük, temiz, yeni, yatak ve yastık rahat .Odalarda kettle, ütü ve baskül var. Kahvaltısı çok iyi. Otel çok merkezi yerde her yere yakın.

Sehr netter Empfang. Die Dame dort hat uns tolle Tips gegeben und alles für uns organisiert. Lage sehr ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Mit dem Auto ist es extrem eng bis zum Hotel -deshalb hier nur 4 Sterne. Zimmer sehr sauber - unseres war mit einem kleinen Balkon mit Meerblick zum Hafen hin. Preis/Leistung ist im November unter der Woche sehr gut.
